OUR PROCESS

      Our process begins with the connection that we establish with the potential customer. All of potential customers are welcome to fill out the contact form on our website, call or email us. We will respond promptly and set up time for in home estimate.

Vast majority of our remodeling and small building projects begin with the initial meeting during which we visit the actual site of the project and discuss the details of the customers’ wants and expectations. We encourage our customers to have as much information gathered for the initial meeting as possible. By doing so we will be able to provide an accurate and timely estimate. During the initial meeting we will listen closely to the customer wants, needs and general expectations. No two projects are the same and therefore clear and mutual understanding of what, how and when will be done is very important from the start.

After the initial meeting CHC will produce a cost estimate and it will be sent out promptly for customer’s approval. Once we obtain the “Go Ahead” we will put your job order on the schedule, collect signed contract and deposit and be in communication during the wait period with regards to materials, appliances, color choices or any other decisions that customer will have to make before the actual start date. New Construction and Additions follow a separate, customary and more involved process as the scope of work is many more times more involved and complex than remodel. Additionally, in few instances with smaller more straightforward projects we are sometimes able to provide an estimate based on the picture and measurements taken by our customers.
