​ At Copernicus Home Creations, we believe that every great project starts with a strong connection. We invite potential customers to reach out by filling out the contact form on our website, or you can simply call or email us. We promise to respond promptly and set up a time for an in-home estimate.
Most of our remodeling and small building projects kick off with an initial meeting at the project site. This is where we discuss your wants and expectations in detail. To help us provide an accurate estimate, we encourage you to gather as much information as possible before this meeting. Your input is crucial, and we’ll take the time to listen closely to your needs and preferences. Since no two projects are alike, having a clear understanding of what you want, how it will be done, and the timeline is essential from the very beginning.
After our initial meeting, we will prepare a detailed cost estimate and send it to you for approval. Once you give us the green light, we’ll schedule your project, collect the signed contract and deposit, and keep you informed during the waiting period. We’ll discuss materials, appliances, color choices, and any other decisions you’ll need to make before we start. For new construction and additions, we follow a more detailed process due to the complexity involved. However, for some smaller projects, we can sometimes provide an estimate based on photos and measurements you send us.
